Welcome to Exceptional Tours Egypt! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and
regulations for the use of our website and the booking of our tour services.
By accessing this website and/or booking a tour with us, you agree to accept and comply with
these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our website or
services.

1. Bookings and Payments
   All tour bookings are subject to availability.
   Full payment or a deposit (as specified on the tour page) is required to confirm your booking.
   We accept online payments via secure methods provided on our site.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
   Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
   Refunds depend on the notice period provided:
   100% refund if canceled more than 14 days before the tour date.This will be applied for certain
   tours as to be related to bookings situation with suppliers.
   50% refund if canceled 7–14 days before the tour date.
   No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour.
3. Changes to Bookings
   You may request to change the date of your tour up to 7 days before the scheduled date,
   subject to availability.
   Changes made less than 7 days before the tour may not be possible.
4. Responsibilities of Participants
   You must follow the instructions of your tour guide and behave respectfully at all times. We
   are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages during the tour caused by
   negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Travel Documents and Insurance
   It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documents (e.g., passport,
   visa).
   We recommend that all travelers have travel insurance that covers health, accidents, and
   cancellations.
6. Changes to Itinerary
   We reserve the right to change tour itineraries due to weather conditions, local regulations,
   or unforeseen events, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants.
7. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or losses resulting from events beyond our
   control such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
